To a chilled martini glass add vermouth and swirl to coat the sides of the glass. Add Hendrick’s gin (don’t skimp and use a cheap gin… Hendrick’s is worth every penny.) Add a dribble of olive juice from the jar and stir (don’t shake) lightly.
Add olives and enjoy.
